Automated packaging machinery minnesota Established in 1996, Edge Automation Inc. is a full service engineering and manufacturing facility. Specialization includes: concepting, designing, and fabrication of fully or semi automatic material handling and packaging machines and systems. We also build special fixtures and/or fabricated part on an engineered or built to print basis.
Concept
We have the experience and knowledge to help our customers successfully solve their automation needs with innovative high-speed packaging systems that accurately feed, fill, close, seal, bag, place, carton, case pack, and palletize a wide range of products.
Design
We offer a wide variety of mechanical engineering design capabilities. We can create the complete mechanical design for your new product or we can make modifications and improvements to your existing mechanical design.
Fabrication
We are committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers. We have a wide range of machining capabilities, both manual and CNC, allowing us to do small quantity work as well as high quantity production projects.
Our welding capabilities allow us to fabricate mild steel, stainless, or aluminum frames to meet your specifications.
Spare Parts
Edge Automation Inc. maintains an extensive inventory of parts and materials to ensure fast turnaround when you need it most.
Our knowledgeable and dedicated service personnel are responsive to your immediate needs. With our in house machine shop, we can often times fabricate and ship non-stock custom parts within a 24 hour time period to get your machine back up running and in production.
